Carbs and proteins

After some online research these are the targets that i need to have in terms of protein and carbs, on a daily basis:
85 g protein/day (340 cal)—
112g-150g carbs/day (450-600cal)

—–
790cal-940cal
Protein–>.8-1 gram per pound of lean body mass—106lbs is mine

Carbs–>30-40 percent of calories x 3.75
