results of the week

This whole week has been a nightmare. I went for my weekly check-ins on Monday, and not only did I gain weight, I also gained 2lbs of fat. I was (and still am) freaking out! Seriously after training 5 days a week, and eating better this is the worst that can happen.

Since the beginning of this so-called program I’ve gained about 2.6lbs. I am furious/down/sad/depressed. You name it! I don’t know what to do, I feel like crying and yelling ta the same time.

All I think about is my weight and how I didn’t lose anything. I had a goal of losing at least 15 lbs before my summer vacation at the end of May, and now I am worst off. O M G
